Senior Creative Director; Agency

10 Entertainment is seeking a Senior Creative Director to lead the development and execution of high-level creative across our growing portfolio of brands, campaigns, content, and experiential projects.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can develop the big idea and lead a team to bring it to life
. The ideal candidate has significant agency experience, a strong understanding of culture and consumer brands, and the ability to turn a client brief into a compelling creative platform that works across physical experiences, content, social, digital, and integrated campaigns.

• Lead creative strategy, concept development, and execution across major client campaigns and new business opportunities.
• Translate client briefs and business objectives into strong creative concepts, campaign platforms, and activations.
• Develop and oversee creative treatments, presentations, pitch decks, campaign narratives, and visual direction.
• Lead brainstorms and provide clear creative direction to designers, copywriters, strategists, directors, editors, producers, and other creative partners.
• Present and sell creative concepts directly to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain a high creative standard across all Times
  10 client work from initial concept through final execution.
• Partner closely with strategy, production, account, and experiential teams to ensure ideas are both creatively ambitious and executable.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback throughout design, production, and post-production.
• Oversee multiple campaigns and creative teams simultaneously while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Help develop and mentor the broader Times
  10 creative team.
• Stay deeply connected to culture, sports, fashion, music, entertainment, social media, and emerging creative trends.
• Contribute to agency growth through pitches, new business presentations, and the development of proactive ideas for existing clients.

We’re looking for someone with significant senior-level creative experience at an advertising, experiential, integrated, or creative agency
, with a portfolio demonstrating major brand work and the ability to develop ideas across multiple channels.

Candidates should have experience leading creative teams and owning campaigns from brief through pitch, production, and final execution
. Strong presentation skills and experience presenting creative directly to clients are essential.

The ideal candidate understands how to create work that feels culturally relevant without simply following trends. Experience across sports, lifestyle, fashion, footwear, entertainment, or youth culture is highly preferred.

This role requires strong leadership, exceptional creative judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving agency environment.

A portfolio is required for consideration.
