Typically one full weekend every four weeks, depending on departmental needs - California State License:
Required; pending licenses accepted but must be valid upon start date - Restrictions on Time Off:
Maximum of 7 days
- Minimum of 2 years of acute medical Care Manager experience with a focus on Care Coordination and Discharge Planning
- Must possess a valid California state nursing license
- Type of Facility:
Acute Care Facility - Dress Code:
Business Attire or Scrubs
- Shift: Day shifts consisting of 5 x 8-hour rotations from 08:00 to 16:30
- Block Schedules:
