American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring CA state license and at least 1 year of cath lab experience.

• Work in the Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab of an acute care hospital
• Perform diagnostic and interventional catheterizations including left and right heart catheterizations
• Monitor pulmonary artery lines/Swan Ganz catheters
• Administer and monitor procedural sedation
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, Monday through Friday (6:30 AM-3:00 PM)
• Call required: 7 overnight call shifts per 14-day pay period, typically staffed in teams of 3-4
• Charting performed in Mediteach

• Active CA RN license required (must be in hand at submission)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience required
• Charting system experience required
• 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years required

• Scrubs of any color permitted
• Free parking available on-site
• May be required to float between sister facilities near the contracted site
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront; post-offer requests may not be accommodated
• Accepts candidates within a 50-mile radius at a lower bill rate
• Former permanent staff may return as travelers after a 3-month waiting period, provided they live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
