Cook – Out West Restaurant Group (Outback Steakhouse)

$17.00‑$19.00 per hour

We invite you to join the Outback family as a Cook, where you will passionately prepare, portion, and cook food items to Outback’s quality specifications while maintaining safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift.

• Prepare food items with speed and accuracy on a diverse menu.
• Maintain equipment and surrounding cleanliness.
• Work as part of a team to meet preparation and delivery standards.
• Practice safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation during the shift.
• Prepare food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications under management direction.
• Restock kitchen and cook line as needed throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs and work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties.
• Vision abilities to include distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral, and ability to adjust focus.
