Castaway Burbank is looking for exceptional pastry cooks to join our culinary team. • Work alongside the kitchen team to prepare and plate desserts according to established recipes and standards
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service
• Assist with inventory and ordering as needed

• Previous experience as a pastry cook is required
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment
• Positive attitude, team player, and able to work collaboratively with others
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
