• Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival
• Guide guests through the menu and provide recommendations when necessary
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• 2 years serving experience required, in an upscale, high‑volume restaurant environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
