Service Team Member

The Service Team Member delivers "Best in Class" customer service from start to finish. Responsibilities include preparing delicious food, maintaining cleanliness, greeting and assisting customers, processing orders efficiently, suggesting additional items, and handling payment/cash transactions accurately and professionally.

• Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals and uphold company standards.
• Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures, including menu item assembly, shredding chicken, preparing salsa/dressing, and condiment packing.
• Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use suggestive selling to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.

Certifications

Obtain Food Handler Certification promptly upon hire, adhering to EPL policy and state regulations.

Education/Work Experience

Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
