Full-Stack Developer

Location: Burbank, CA
Position: Full-Stack Developer
Pay: $90-109/hour

We’re looking for a creative and motivated full-stack developer with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. You’ll build and maintain robust, scalable enterprise products while working with a team that values innovation and continuous improvement.

• Build end-to-end software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Architect scalable, robust systems with a focus on long‑term maintainability and performance.
• Drive the full software development lifecycle—from initial concept and rapid prototyping to production deployment and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with cross‑functional pods to understand challenges and problem‑solve technology‑driven solutions, often working with uncertainty and/or partial information.
• Embrace agile practices by iteratively refining user stories through collaboration with product owners, designers, and data scientists to ensure that every release delivers on business user expectations.
• Actively engage in discussions to break down user stories into meaningful, value‑driven slices that reflect true end‑to‑end functionality.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering practices to ensure that every release meets high quality standards.

• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code with a strong emphasis on automated testing and continuous integration.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases, applying modern practices and tools to enhance functionality and security.

• Embrace a continuous learning mindset—mastering AWS serverless technologies, modern front‑end frameworks, data analytics, and Dev Ops best practices while actively engaging in agile collaboration and adaptable, proactive problem‑solving.

• Programming Languages
  • Proficient in Java, Python, JavaScript/Type Script, or Node.js.
  • 5+ years of experience.
• Front‑End Frameworks & Design Hand‑Off Tools
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Front‑end examples:
    React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Design hand‑off tool example:
    Figma Inspect.
• Back‑End Frameworks & Architecture
  • 5+ years of experience.
    
    Example framework:
    Spring Boot.
  • Strong focus on developing modular, maintainable microservices that interact via event‑driven architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, SQS, Fargate).
• Nice‑to‑Have / Preferred Requirements
  • Experience with Waterfall methodologies.
• Soft Skills
  • Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and software engineering best practices.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross‑functional teams.
• Education / Certifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Years of Experience
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in full‑stack enterprise product development within fast‑paced, high‑performance environments.
• Technology Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript/Type Script, Node.js).
  • Proven experience with modern front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and design hand‑off tools (Figma Inspect) to build responsive user interfaces that integrate seamlessly with backend services.
  • Deep expertise in back‑end frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot) with a focus on modular, maintainable microservices and event‑driven architectures (AWS Lambda, SQS, Fargate, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (AWS Code Commit, Code Build, Code Pipeline) and strong knowledge of Git Hub version control and branching strategies (Git Hub Copilot experience is a plus).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
