About the Role
As an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, you report directly to the Maintenance Base Manager or to the Director of Maintenance (DOM) in their absence. You are responsible for supervising maintenance personnel and overseeing all maintenance performed on company aircraft to ensure it is conducted safely and in compliance with FAA regulations, as well as company policies, procedures, and standards. You will also ensure that the facility, tooling, and equipment are maintained according to company and OSHA guidelines.
Additionally, you assist the Maintenance Manager in managing the day-to-day maintenance operations.
Your day will be dynamic and hands‑on, centered around ensuring every aircraft is flight‑ready and impeccably maintained. Typical responsibilities include:

Organize workload, review active MELs at the station, conduct the shift and safety overview, and distribute work assignments to technicians. - Daily Maintenance Briefings:
Conduct morning and evening maintenance meetings to review station workload, MELs, AOG aircraft status, and schedule; coordinate any necessary part orders to support operations. - Pre‑Flight Inspections:
Start your day by "waking up" the aircraft, conducting thorough pre‑flight checks to ensure all systems are fully operational before takeoff. - Post‑Flight Inspections:
After each flight, you will perform detailed post‑flight evaluations to identify and address any issues or wear that may have occurred. - Maintenance Logging:
All maintenance activities—whether scheduled or unscheduled—are documented in Traxxall and properly signed off in aircraft logbooks, ensuring full traceability and compliance. - Hangar Maintenance:
You’ll help maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the hangar.
- Be Part of a Team That Values You:
Join a tight‑knit, supportive team of professionals who are passionate about aviation and committed to safety and excellence. - No Two Days Are the Same:
From troubleshooting to routine checks, you’ll enjoy a fast‑paced, engaging work environment. - Make a Tangible Impact:
Your attention to detail and technical expertise directly contribute to flight safety and an exceptional customer experience. - Opportunities to Grow:
We’re invested in your long‑term success, offering ongoing training, certifications, and a clear path to advance your career.

You can quickly assess situations and make sound, safety‑first decisions. - Detail‑Oriented:
You understand that precision matters – especially when it comes to aircraft performance. - Collaborative:
You work well across departments, valuing communication and teamwork to achieve common goals. - Organized:
You can effectively manage tasks and prioritize under tight timelines without missing a step. - Proactive:
