MAD Movement is op zoek naar buurtbemiddelaars in de gemeente Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Als buurtbemiddelaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor het herstellen van de communicatie tussen buren en het faciliteren van gesprekken. Dit doen we met een neutrale en positieve benadering, waarbij het doel is dat buren zelf hun geschillen oplossen.
Je wordt begeleid door een coördinator en volgt een gecertificeerde training. De deelname is gratis voor bewoners en biedt een laagdrempelige manier om conflicten op te lossen. We zoeken mensen die sociaal en open-minded zijn en een paar uur per week beschikbaar hebben.
