Sie begleiten Haftlinge aus verschiedenen Kulturkreisen, wahren Qualitätsstandards und entwickeln das Bildungsangebot, auch im digitalen Bereich, weiter. Zusammenarbeit mit Anspruchsgruppen und interkantonale Treffen zählen ebenso zur Aufgabe.
