About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised PA to provide professional, proactive and confidential support to the CEO of a growing organisation. This is a pivotal role at the centre of executive operations, ensuring smooth workflow, effective communication and strong compliance with statutory and governance requirements.
You will act as a trusted link between senior leaders, board members, external partners and internal teams. The role requires excellent communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage sensitive matters with absolute discretion.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide proactive diary and inbox management for the CEO
* Prepare agendas, briefs, reports and meeting documentation
* Coordinate meetings, logistics, travel and events
* Produce accurate minutes and track follow‑up actions
* Maintain organised filing systems and manage documents on Microsoft 365
* Support governance administration and statutory compliance
* Handle confidential HR casework and coordinate formal meetings
* Assist with procurement, operations and general administrative tasks
* Provide flexible, ad‑hoc support across the organisation
Essential
* Proven PA/EA experience supporting senior leaders
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently, proactively and under pressure
* Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint)
* Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
* Flexible, professional and discreet
* Full driving licence and access to transport
* Willingness to work occasional evenings for meetings
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
