Part Time Outbound Call Agent (12 hours per week)

Pay: £12.21 per hour

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Outbound Call Agent to join one of our longstanding clients, an established and growing automotive business, in Burgess Hill. This permanent, part‑time position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction and delivering a high standard of service while working in a structured, target‑driven environment.

• Experience using CRM systems within the automotive industry - essential
• Strong IT skills and confidence navigating systems - essential
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow structured processes and call quality standards
• Previous customer service or call handling experience - desirable

• Make outbound calls to customers
• Book service and MOT appointments efficiently and accurately
• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience in line with call quality standards (minimum 90%)
• Update and maintain accurate customer records on internal CRM systems
• Work within company processes to ensure consistency and compliance
