What You Need to Succeed

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional and suitably experienced teacher to the role of Assistant Headteacher which includes the responsibility of SENCO, Inclusion and behaviour. This is a vital role within our school.

The successful candidate will be an effective middle leader, SENCO or assistant head with the drive and passion to further develop our SEND strategy. As leader for inclusion, the post-holder will ensure high quality provision for pupils with additional needs, including pupils with SEND, disadvantaged and vulnerable pupils. In addition they will be part of leading on the implementation of the pupil attendance and behaviour policies.
