You will support and influence the business to develop, implement and maintain effective quality and sustainability programmes across engineering and customer‑facing operations. Your work will help keep quality and environmental operating practices at the highest level in our manufacturing sites and customer centres, reduce the cost of poor quality, improve efficiencies and drive down absolute greenhouse‑gas emissions over the lifecycle of our products.

• Develop presentations and communications for the business area.
• Review and benchmark industry good practices.
• Work within / towards accreditations and frameworks.
• Define best examples and influence key stakeholders.

• Minimum 2:1 in a related subject (e.g., Sustainability, Engineering, Business).
• Passion for quality, sustainability and the environment.
• Ability to absorb detailed complex information and produce executive summaries.
• Highly motivated with strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• Influence individuals and teams to achieve desired goals.
• Proactive initiative and problem‑overcoming skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Effective team working skills.
• Commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Willingness to undertake national and international travel, including overseas placements.

You will be based in our Vacuum Technique Business Headquarters in Burgess Hill (Sussex), a short journey from Brighton and Hove. Other placements at global sites may also be offered.
