We are looking for an experienced Lead Consultant with strong Golang development expertise to join a 12-month engagement based in Burgess Hill.
Key Requirements:- 6+ years of overall IT experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Golang development experience
- Strong experience in application design, software development, and testing
- Strong experience developing REST APIs for high-volume applications
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong experience with Git
- Experience with distributed technologies and microservices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Skills:
- Docker and Kubernetes
- PostgreSQL, Couchbase, or Cassandra
- Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, or Git Lab CI
- CI/CD and automated build and test frameworks
- JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with open-source frameworks or open-source contributions
- Payments industry experience
- Experience with multiple programming languages and payment technologies
