• Base salary plus 12% base commission on back payable gross.
• Retro commission of 13%-17% if dealership exceeds customer satisfaction scores and other performance metrics.

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing of their purchases and present additional product offerings.
• Ensure sales are structured to achieve the highest profitability.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications required for the position.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals.
• Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
• Audit team deals post‑sale and analyze for improvement.
• Guarantee expeditious funding of all contracts.

• Previous experience as a F&I Manager or Sales Manager.
• Eagerness to improve.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Well‑versed in title laws and registration processes.
• Professional appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
