Clients: Ages 6–25, in office and ferred 1+ years of experience working with children and youth.
Sign‑on bonus: Potentially up to $5,000.
Position Summary
The Mental Health Professional is an exciting clinical opportunity responsible for counseling and case management service. In this role you will maintain a patient caseload, providing intervention within established treatment guidelines, policies and procedures, and actively advocate on behalf of your patients.
- Provide person‑centered counseling, advocacy, and case management for patients.
- Develop treatment plans that clearly identify the patient’s voice, treatment strategies, and specific outcome measures.
- Meet agency documentation standards and authorization requirements of contracts.
- Strategically tailor effective clinical/case management services to meet diverse patient needs.
- Contribute to the success of Multi Care expectations and core values, continuously learn, and perform other duties as needed or assigned.
- Masters degree in a related field.
- Licensed or certified Mental Health Professional as defined within HB 1724 (psychiatrist, psychologist, physician assistant with supervising psychiatrist, psychiatric advanced registered nurse practitioner, psychiatric nurse, social worker, mental health counselor, or affiliated counselor).
- Previous experience providing mental health counseling services preferred.
- Proof of a safe driving record that meets established Multi Care Standards (motor vehicle report from the appropriate state).
Salaries: $34.46–$49.60 per hour. Pay is influenced by skill set, level of experience, and certifications/education. This position may be associated with a union contract and pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale.
