We are hiring a Temporary Physical Therapist PT for a short-term therapy assignment at Avamere Rehab of Burien in Burien, WA. This role is designed to provide interim coverage and is ideal for clinicians seeking temporary, contract-style work without agency involvement.
Status: Temporary/Short-Term Assignments
Schedule: Assignment Length May Vary Based on Facility Need
Rate: $55-$60/HR DOE

- Supports and participates in department operations and development
- Communicates patient status and needs to the patient, family, caregivers, or other members involved with patient care
- Graduate of an approved curriculum in Physical Therapy
- Able to practice unencumbered in the state of Washington
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or post-acute care preferred
- Ability to step into a temporary / interim role
- In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
- Working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources
- Full knowledge of resident’s rights
- Exudes professionalism in presentation
- Ability to multitask
- Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English
- CPR certification
