Resident Care Manager (RN) – Avamere Rehab of Burien
Full‑Time, Days
Salary Range: $102,500 – $135,000 DOE

- Develop written plans of care for each resident and review medical and nursing treatments to ensure alignment with care plans and resident wishes
- Plan, schedule, and revise MDS, including implementation of CAA’s and triggers
- Make daily rounds to ensure nursing personnel complete their work assignments
- Review nurses’ notes for quality and accuracy of care documentation
- Maintain rapport with all facility personnel to meet resident needs
- Participate in discharge plan reviews and prepare reports for the Care Plan Committee as directed
- Delegate, train, evaluate, and support RN, LPN, and CNA personnel
- Provide direct nursing care as needed
- Assist the Director of Nursing Services and fill in as needed
- Participate in government agency facility surveys
- Recommend changes in procedures, policies, education, or general nursing practices to enhance quality of patient care
- Attend continuing education and lead in‑service training for nursing personnel
- Accredited nursing degree
- Current, unencumbered, active RN license in WA
- Minimum 2 years experience as a supervisor or charge nurse in a skilled nursing facility
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care facilities
- Experience with electronic medical records and computer documentation systems
- Strong confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Active CPR/BLS certification
