Early Morning Stock Associate – Ross Stores, Inc.

Ross Stores, Inc. is a Fortune 500 retailer with over 2,200 off‑price stores in the United States. The Early Morning Stock Associate is responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience during the overnight stock shift.

• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and merchandising areas in accordance with company best practices.
• Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor with urgency, following monthly presentation guidelines.
• Assist customers and associate requests, operating registers and providing prompt, courteous service.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting and restocking restroom supplies.
• Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and support loss prevention awareness.

• Basic mathematical calculations common in a retail environment.
• Effective communication with customers, associates, and leadership.

• Work 100% of the time standing, walking, and moving around the store.
• Regularly bend, squat, kneel, carry, reach, stoop, push, pull and lift up to 25 lbs; stockroom shifts may require lifting up to 20 lbs.
