Become part of a company that’s been hauling the backbone of America since 1972. As a Flatbed Regional Driver you will transport critical materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building components, machinery, coils, and specialty metals across the western United States.

Hourly rate is based on mileage: $0.68–$0.72 per mile, depending on experience.

• Weekly Pay: $936.79 – $1,721.34 (full‑time)
• Annual Pay: $48,713.24 – $89,509.48 (full‑time)
• Hiring Bonus: $5,000 (limited‑time offer)
• Quarterly Bonus: $1,250 paid every 90 days for 12 months
• Transition Package: $1,800 (includes $1,000 orientation stipend for the first 2 weeks)

• PTO accrual: 1 hour sick per 30 hours worked; 80 hrs after 9 years; 120 hrs after 10+ years

Off most weekends with a 34‑hour reset.

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• Minimum of 4 months of driving experience
• Safe driving record (no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years)
• Background check required
• Drug test required
• Clearancehouse result required
• Physically able to lift a 90‑lb tarp onto a 5‑ft platform twice (required for flatbed)
• Preferred: 1 year of truck driving experience (not required)

Transport important goods and materials across regional routes while maintaining safety, adherence to delivery schedules, and proper load securement. Operate heavy flatbed trucks equipped with advanced safety technologies and communicate with dispatch and shippers as needed. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain accurate mileage and time‑keeping logs.
