Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the delivery of enriching Pre-K programs

• Cultivate a secure and encouraging learning environment

• Liaise with families for comprehensive child care

• Ensure compliance with YMCA regulations and policies

• Promote inclusivity and respect among children

Requirements:

• Level 3 or 4 Early Childhood Education Certificate

• Two years of administrative experience required

• Must hold First Aid and CPR Level C certification

• Experience in early childhood or childcare settings

• Ability to physically manage children and equipment
