. As a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional, you will serve clients with diverse tax needs and work with an expert team that provides advanced tax training to help you succeed.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face‑to‑face and via virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email).
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• Mentor and support teammates.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.
• All certification levels can provide tax notice services.
• Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation.

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
• Experience completing individual tax returns.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort working with virtual tools – video, phone, and chat.
• Effective communication skills in person, via phone, and in writing.
• Completion of continuing education requirements and meeting all IRS and applicable state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
