Typical Day

Building client relationships that strengthen each year is part of your job. As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you’ll focus on wow‑ing clients now and in the future.

Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
  • Sales or marketing experience.
Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
  • Schedule clients as they prefer.
  • Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience & Skills
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Ability to multi‑task.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
