Responsibilities- Oversee retrofit plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and on-site execution.
- Provide leadership and supervision of project teams, coordinating subcontractors and trades.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure project milestones are met.
- Extensive retrofit installation knowledge of mechanical, and plumbing systems
. - Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing project teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail for ensuring project quality and accuracy.
- Proven problem-solving abilities in complex retrofit plumbing environments.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience, with significant on-site experience.
