Kona Medical Consulting and Body Kinetics Rehab is currently looking for BTs and/or RBTs in Virginia:
Annandale, Aldie, Woodbridge, Lorton, Arlington, Alexandria, Springfield, Manassas, Tysons, McLean, and Falls Church.

We are looking to hire individuals ASAP, with a Bachelor's degree in human services (social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education and similar fields) and a minimum of 1 year of experience teaching, training or providing ABA services to children and young adults.

The selected candidates will provide in‑home ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to children with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities or other Developmental Disabilities.

The Behavior Technician must be willing to work a minimum of 15 hours per week (am and/or pm) and will be supervised by a clinical supervisor (BCBA) weekly to bi‑weekly.

Candidate should be able to work with and train parents/caregivers and have strong behavior management skills. Must complete the RBT 40‑hour training course and hold an active RBT credential prior to beginning work. CPR/First Aid Certificate, TB test, valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required. Background check will be completed. Must be able to work independently, write daily notes and record data.

Effective communication skills required to interact with supervisor, caregivers and child.

• Implementation of behavior treatment programs as designed by the supervising Behavior Analyst.
• Collection of data and completion of treatment notes as required.

• Graduated with at least a Bachelors degree in psychology, Education or related field.
• Availability of 15 hours or more per week from 8 am-7 pm.
• Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance.
• Able to walk, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, crawl, twist, reach above head, pull bend, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Energetic, outgoing, passionate about working with children.
• Possess a current RBT® credential in good standing with the BACB® (or be eligible to appear for RBT exam).
• At least one (1) year experience working with children.

Job Types: Part Time – Up to 30 hours per week

Salary Rate: $22.00 to $27.00 /hour for Behavior Therapists.

Salary Rate: $27–30/hour for candidates with an active and current RBT credential.

We follow all CDC guidelines when providing therapy sessions.

Paid training.
