JJ Burke Car Sales is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive success across our multi-franchise car dealership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Manage, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and dealership sales targets.
• Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the team.
• Sales Strategy & Performance
  :
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales goals are met.
• Customer Experience
  :
  • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service at every stage of the sales process.
  • Address and resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Inventory Management
  :
  • Work closely with the dealership management team to ensure an optimal level of stock across all brands.
  • Oversee vehicle ordering and ensure the right mix of new and used cars is available.
• Marketing and Promotions
  :
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotions and events that drive showroom traffic and increase sales.
  • Represent the dealership at industry and community events to build brand awareness.
• Compliance
  :
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and relevant legislation.

• Experience
  :
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Experience in multi-franchise dealerships is a strong advantage.
• Skills
  :
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, team members, and brand partners.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge
  :
  • In-depth understanding of the automotive industry, including vehicle sales processes and trends.
  • Knowledge of financing and insurance products is advantageous.
• Qualifications

  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Relevant qualifications in business, sales, or a related field are desirable but not essential.
