Youth Soccer Coach

$9,360.00/yr - $83,200.00/yr

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! (no prior soccer experience required). This role leads children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader) and enjoys working with children. New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and can earn from $18 per hour up to $35 per hour.

• Enjoy the coaching journey, remain open to feedback, and pursue continuous improvement through regular training and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre‑schools, parks, and recreational centers across NOVA. Depending on the coach’s primary residence, travel up to an hour to a class location may be required.

• High school diploma with some college (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Availability most Monday–Saturday mornings and/or afternoons.
• Physically active, punctual, organized.
• Ability to work with kids ranging from 18 months to 15 years old.
• Demonstrated history of integrity, doing what is right even when nobody is looking.
