We are hiring a Nocturnist. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

• We are seeking a nocturnist to join our close-knit team of 19.5 physicians and six APPs at Texas Health Huguley Fort Worth South.
• Our team is cohesive, highly functional, mutually supportive, and shares a common goal of delivering high-quality care to our patients.
• Our hospital stands out for its consistent performance and collaborative environment, with customized O/E metrics that reflect patient documentation. We have achieved an impressive GMLOS O/E score below one for three consecutive years, a 5-star mortality rating, system-leading multidisciplinary rounds, and the lowest physician turnover rate in five years.

• Board-certified in internal medicine.
• ACLS and BLS certified.
• H-1B eligible; access to Sound’s in-house visa specialists and our licensing and credentialing experts; all required filing fees for the visa are paid, and services are covered.
• Practicing only; we are not accepting 2026 residents at this time.

• This is a full-time internal medicine position.
• 7 on/off, 7am-7pm.

• Provide value to our partner hospital and be involved in committees, including the medical executive committee, sepsis, stroke, chest pain, clinical performance, glycemic committee, readmissions, mortality reviews, pharmacy, and therapeutics.
• Possess a positive attitude and willingness to adapt, learn, and grow.
• Utilize the Advent Health dashboard, developed in coalition with SHM experts, to measure outcomes and work in EPIC, with access to Sound’s internal informatics platform.
