We have a great opportunity for an Education Coordinator to join our growing company! The Education Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving educational excellence within our organization. They are responsible for supporting classroom monitoring and program development, ensuring the effective implementation of our curriculum, and providing guidance to teachers to enhance the educational experience for children and families. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and mentorship.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with teachers to plan, teach, and implement the High Reach Learning curriculum and activity plans across all age groups.
- Support teacher and family retention by providing resources, knowledge, and support to educators.
- Evaluate classroom environments using assessment tools such as ITERS-R, ITERS-3, ECERS-R, ECERS-3, and SACERS, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to teachers, fostering continuous improvement.
- Conduct formal and informal classroom observations, sharing feedback with teachers and administration.
- Support positive interactions between staff and children, promoting a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Assist with new employee training and mentorship.
- Attend monthly Education Coordinator calls or watch recordings to stay informed.
- Foster a welcoming environment for children, families, and teachers, contributing to overall morale and community engagement.
