You were born to be the boss. Domino’s Pizza is hiring general managers – a role that requires natural leadership, judgment, math skills, and multitasking ability.

• Oversee all activities during your shift: cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Set the example and enforce all company policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, scheduling, marketing, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain a perfect image and uphold standards for the store.
• Ensure great customer service, attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work.

• Ability to navigate adverse terrain for deliveries (if applicable).

• Motor coordination, eye‑hand coordination, and rapid precise movements.
• Entry of orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to provide correct written instructions and communicate with customers and co‑workers.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions for outside tasks.
• Indoor temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers.

• Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position.
• Walking short distances for short durations.
• Sitting for paperwork at a desk or table.
• Lifting: bulk deliveries up to 50 lbs (3′×1.5′) and cases up to 72′ height.
• Carrying: large cans, pizza sauce, dough trays, etc., up to 30 lbs.
• Pushing/Pulling: trays on dollies and other equipment.
• Climbing: occasional stairs or ladder for maintenance.
• Stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, and reaching above 72″.
• Frequent use of hands, forearms, wrists, and eye‑hand coordination.
