About the Job
You were born to be the boss. Domino’s Pizza is hiring general managers – a role that requires natural leadership, judgment, math skills, and multitasking ability.
Responsibilities- Oversee all activities during your shift: cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations.
- Set the example and enforce all company policies and procedures 100% of the time.
- Manage staffing, paperwork, scheduling, marketing, and store cleanliness.
- Maintain a perfect image and uphold standards for the store.
- Ensure great customer service, attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work.
- Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, and food management.
- Work to a schedule, perfect image, and adherence to standards.
- Great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, and store cleanliness.
- Marketing, profitability, and promotion of the store.
- Operate all equipment and stock ingredients.
- Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility daily.
- Orientation and training provided on the job.
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and telephone.
- Mathematical ability (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and accurate monetary change.
- Motor coordination and ability to use a keyboard or touch screen.
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain for deliveries (if applicable).
- Accurate arithmetic and quick mental calculation.
- Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication.
- Motor coordination, eye‑hand coordination, and rapid precise movements.
- Entry of orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Ability to provide correct written instructions and communicate with customers and co‑workers.
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions for outside tasks.
- Indoor temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+.
- Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
- Cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers.
- Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position.
- Walking short distances for short durations.
- Sitting for paperwork at a desk or table.
- Lifting: bulk deliveries up to 50 lbs (3′×1.5′) and cases up to 72′ height.
- Carrying: large cans, pizza sauce, dough trays, etc., up to 30 lbs.
- Pushing/Pulling: trays on dollies and other equipment.
- Climbing: occasional stairs or ladder for maintenance.
- Stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, and reaching above 72″.
- Frequent use of hands, forearms, wrists, and eye‑hand coordination.
