• Determine donor eligibility and manage informed consent and donor safety.
• Review laboratory test results and perform serologic protein electrophoresis (SPE).
• Evaluate donor reactions and follow SOPs for medical emergencies, including standing orders and transport to emergency care.
• Refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for providing guidance on unacceptable donor findings.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage employee incidents and coordinate occupational health evaluations.
• Coordinate pandemic investigations and COVID‑19 support per EHS guidance.

• High school diploma or equivalent; graduate of a recognized nursing program with state requirements.
• Licensed EMT‑Paramedic in the state where responsibilities will be assigned.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy.
• Complete FDA approved training for Bio Life Medical Support Specialist.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.
