• Helps ensure a 5‑star experience for all our guests
• Always has a smile ready for our guests
• Is skilled at multi‑tasking to manage laundry, relaxation area and changing rooms simultaneously.
• Ensures clean, fresh laundry is always available for guests and service providers
• Understands the tools and products necessary to provide the freshest laundry in the spa industry.
• Helps provide a well‑appointed and serene relaxation area for guests
• Ensures a spotless, well‑stocked restroom and service room
• Has a keen attention to detail, is tidy and organized
• Takes pride in his or her work ensuring each guest has only the best experience
• Communicates frequently with the sales and leadership team to meet and exceed all expectations
• Is flexible and is available to work evenings and weekends
