• Ensure a 5‑star experience for all guests.
• Maintain a smile and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Multi‑task to manage laundry, the relaxation area, and changing rooms simultaneously.
• Keep clean, fresh laundry available for guests and service providers.
• Understand tools and products for delivering the freshest laundry in the spa industry.
• Provide a well‑appointed and serene relaxation area for guests.
• Maintain a spotless, well‑stocked restroom and service room.
• Apply keen attention to detail and stay tidy and organized.
• Communicate frequently with the sales and leadership team to meet and exceed expectations.
• Remain flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.

• Walk across the spa multiple times during the shift.
• Lift up to 30 lbs.
• Bend, reach, and stoop as needed.
• Perform repetitive motion tasks.
• Reason, problem‑solve, hear, and speak regularly.
• Maintain a fast/steady paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Adapt to changes quickly.

• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable with a 20‑hour per week schedule.

Pay: $11.00 per hour, with expected hours of 20 per week. Shift: High‑volume spa hours, including nights and weekends.
