We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Entry-Level EEG/qEEG Data Analyst & Technical Writer to support advanced neurophysiological analysis and reporting as part of an interdisciplinary forensic team.

This role is ideal for candidates with a background in psychology, healthcare, psychophysiology, or data analytics who are interested in the clinical and forensic applications of EEG and quantitative EEG.

• Assist in analyzing EEG and qEEG data under established protocols.
• Draft and edit technical reports translating complex data into clear written findings.
• Support the Chief Information & Technology Officer in case-based analytical workflows.
• Use Microsoft Office and modern AI tools to support documentation and analysis.
• Work collaboratively within a professional, detail-driven forensic environment.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 annually
• Location: Burleson, TX

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, psychophysiology, a medical or allied health field, or a data-focused discipline.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort with software tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Deep Seek, or Perplexity.
• Ability to work with sensitive information professionally and discreetly.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
