Salary
Base pay range: $18.00/hr – $25.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)
What You’ll Do- Set up and operate HAAS CNC mills and lathes for low-volume, custom production.
- Work from provided models and drawings to produce precision parts.
- Program in Fusion 360 (plus) but not required.
- Assist in other shop areas such as welding, cutting, forming, assembly, or equipment maintenance based on your skills and experience.
- Experience in CNC machining and basic fabrication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow across disciplines.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Enjoy variety and thrive on new challenges.
- Team player who understands the job is to do what’s needed, not just what’s listed.
