Foreman, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Working Foreman to join our team in Burleson, TX, 76028. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of the crew to ensure efficient workflow.

This is a hybrid position, Ideal candidate will be able to fit/weld parts

Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in safety, quality, and productivity.

Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure project goals are met.

Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.

Train and mentor new employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Assist in the planning and scheduling of work assignments.

Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferebly be able to fit/weld and pass D1.1 weld test

You should be proficient in:

Material Handler Experience Heavy Material Handling Industrial & Commercial Painting Hydraulic Systems & Components Crane & Lifting Equipment Systems Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
