Position Overview:
Our ideal candidate has a dynamic personality and a strong desire for overall health, wellness, and recovery. We are looking for a hands-on Intravenous RN responsible for administering IV Therapy services to our guests. The candidate should possess the skills to perform their duties with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
Medical Knowledge:
Must have a valid RN State License and CPR certification.
- Proficient in IV/IM administration with at least 3+ years of nursing experience.
- Experience in sales and working in retail medical environments is preferred.
Additional Skills:
- Good time management, judgment, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently without direct physician supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Teams.
- Ability to manage, teach, and educate other nurses at the primary location.
Essential Functions:
- Work 10-20 hours on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience in vital signs, lung sound auscultation, and aseptic IV catheter techniques.
- Ability to explain benefits of nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals.
- Order supplies and maintain accurate inventory reports.
- Follow all protocols, procedures, safety guidelines, and directives.
- Maintain proficient charting and documentation standards.
- Provide exceptional guest experience, handle issues, and maintain guest loyalty.
- Meet or exceed productivity and sales goals.
- Promote a respectful team dynamic to encourage sales growth.
- Understand guest needs and educate them professionally and efficiently.
