Manages budgets and resources efficiently to meet financial and operational goals. Conducts regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns and provide guidance. Manages nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care. Manages assigned direct reports including recruitment, hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, development, education, competencies, performance evaluations, and payroll functions Demonstrates critical thinking skills, creativity, and resource management to achieve quality performance and positive employee relations.
