Assistant Property Manager

Assistant Manager – Crestbrook Apartments (Burleson, TX)

We are looking for a full‑time Assistant Manager to help maintain our properties. This role requires a detail‑oriented self‑starter committed to delivering excellent customer service to residents and supporting the Property Manager.

• Competitive wage of $20–$23 per hour, plus shared renewal commission

• Complete lease agreements and collect application fees, security deposits, and rent payments
• Ensure all model apartments and ready units are in immaculate condition
• Understand and enforce lease terms, community policies, fair housing laws, and standards
• Gain extensive knowledge of property amenities, rental rates, unit sizes, etc.
• Post notices and reminders as needed and walk apartments to assess damages
• Properly maintain all resident files and participate in the renewal process
• Provide excellent customer service and reliable support to residents

• Ability to maintain a regular schedule, including evenings, weekends, and non‑traditional holidays
• Physical ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and perform routine activities such as bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, carrying, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
• Write routine reports and correspondence
• Communicate effectively with prospective and current residents, co‑workers, and vendors
• Calculate discounts, interest, pr orations, and percentages accurately
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player, problem‑solving orientation, and career‑oriented mindset

Typical schedule:

40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.
