• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment for residential and light commercial air conditioning systems
• Share on‑call rotation duties with other fellow service professionals
• Clean background with no felonies
• Drug free
• 21 years old and a clean driving record
• Valid Texas driver’s license
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Able to run 4 to 6 calls per day
• 1–3 years of experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work within a team environment
