We’re looking for a friendly, client-focused individual to greet clients, support scheduling, and help connect clients with the right tax professionals. This position is described as a seasonal client service role at H&R Block.

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients the way they prefer to be scheduled
• Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with the team
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedules and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
