Physical Therapy Aide

We are hiring a part-time Physical Therapy Aide with benefits at Wright Physical Therapy. Our mission is to be Idaho’s most sought‑after physical therapy company, diagnosing and treating joint, spine, and sport‑related injuries while inspiring joy and making an impact in every life we touch.

• Perform patient intake tasks.
• Prepare equipment and treatment rooms.
• Liaise between patients, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and other departments.
• Assist patients to walk, sit, and stand.
• Observe patients performing prescribed exercises.
• Document patients’ responses to treatment and update patient files.
• Apply ice packs or heat pads as instructed.

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Personable, energetic, and capable of working with a diverse group of people.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to placing patient care as the number one priority.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule to work 30–39 hours a week.
