OverviewParke View Rehabilitation in Burley, a post‑acute care facility offering long‑term, short‑term, and geriatric services. We provide a supportive in‑house therapy team and excellent programs focused on the recovery of our geriatric clientele.
We are currently seeking a full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist for our in‑house rehab program with flexible scheduling and a work‑life balanced environment.
Responsibilities- Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, and develop appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
- Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Evaluate treatment outcomes, modify services based on patient evaluation, and make referrals as needed.
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
- Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.
- Speech‑Language Pathology license is required.
- Position open to SLPs at all experience levels.
