The Ingredient Mixer Attendant – batter line is responsible for ensuring that the proper blend of ingredients is combined to formulate a consistent batter for application to the potato base product. The person in this position monitors, evaluates and regulates mechanical operations and technical procedures to ensure a proper blend of ingredients is applied to the product.

• Operates equipment related to the batter application on the batter fry line.
• Loads and unloads materials utilizing the forklift.
• Performs preventative maintenance, diagnostic checks, and routine adjustments on line equipment, following maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Collects samples and inspects product for quality requirements.
• Responsible for cleanup activities on equipment and related areas.
• Ensures sanitation practices and procedures adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Accurately completes required reports and records.

• Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must have the ability to effectively present information before groups of customers or employees.
• Must have the ability to apply common‑sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Hourly rate: $19.96 - $22.17
$1.50 shift differential for graveyard positions.
Set schedule for entire calendar year.
