Seasonal Truck Driver

Rocky Mountain Agronomics Inc. is looking for a qualified CDL operator to transport liquid and dry product to the customer.

• Safely perform assigned work and look out for the safety of others
• Operate any variety of truck‑trailer combinations to transport finished goods and raw materials to and from manufacturing plants and to local farmers
• Comply with DOT truck driving rules and regulations as well as with company policies and procedures
• Complete pre and post trip inspections of the vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and ensure any deficiencies are corrected
• Verify delivery instructions, and communicate with customer as needed to ensure that delivery has been made
• Operate telehandler, forklifts and other equipment as needed to complete job tasks
• Work overtime as needed, especially during the seasonal busy periods
• Travel out of state and stay overnight occasionally as required
• Assist with loading & unloading of trucks or general labor in the yard when necessary
• Complete other duties as assigned

• 1+ years of verifiable truck driving experience – required (exceptions may be made based on other relevant work experience)
• CDL class A with acceptable driving record – required
• Prior agricultural truck driving experience – preferred
• HAZMAT endorsement – preferred
• Good teamwork and communication skills – preferred

• Sit, stand, lift frequently; occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
• Bend, twist, climb, reach, kneel, crawl frequently
• Typical visual and auditory abilities required (with or without medically prescribed correction)
