Schedule:

24/7 ROTA 7 days on / 7 days off
Salary Amount or Range: $170,000 - $190,000 per year + benefits
Children: 1 x toddler
Pets: 1 x small hypoallergenic dog

A warm, loving household in the Bay Area is seeking a dedicated 24/7 ROTA nanny to join their team and provide exceptional care for their toddler. This role is childcare-focused and their ideal candidate will be proactive, engaging, and able to take full ownership of the child’s daily routine. The family values a positive, upbeat presence focused on learning and having fun.

Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities and local outings, preparing simple balanced meals, child laundry, and light tidying. Someone with a calm and easygoing energy will be the best fit.

This position requires previous experience working as a live-in and/or ROTA nanny. The family travels domestically and internationally a few times a year so flexibility and willingness to travel is important. Candidates must be local to the Bay Area, be fully vaccinated, a strong communicator, and detail-oriented. Someone committed to building a long-term relationship with the family will be the best fit.

• 3 years minimum experience working as a private nanny with excellent verifiable references
• Must have prior ROTA experience

• Fluency in English

• COVID-vaccinated + staying current on annual booster
• Current on annual flu vaccine, TB and Tdap
• CPR Certified
• Valid driver with clean record with reliable vehicle for work-related driving
• Must be local to the Bay Area
• Must be willing and flexible to travel international and domestic

• Experience working with infants to school-age children
