Construction Manager, Retail

Meta is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our Retail Design & Build team. Our first-party Retail stores are rapidly scaling and building stores to a high standard is synonymous with enhancing the brand, delivering high-quality retail experiences and driving sales. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end construction of new retail stores, from initial design to new store openings.

You will use your problem-solving, technical acumen, and business insight to streamline new retail store construction. You will communicate transparently across all levels, motivate multidisciplinary teams, and champion best practices to deliver impactful outcomes that advance Meta's retail strategy. Bachelors in engineering or construction management or equivalent work experience
12+ years of experience in construction project management, including planning, budgeting, and delivery of construction projects

Multi-Project experience in large scale construction management, mission critical, infrastructure, and/or retail construction

General knowledge of civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical systems

Knowledge of capital budget management and contract administration

Negotiation skills and experience providing solutions to problems Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
