This role is a part-time position for 30 hours per week, located at the Peninsula South branch. You will represent the Chase brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting‑edge financial technology paired with friendly and attentive service.
Base pay range$25.00/hr – $30.48/hr

Your role contributes significantly to the branch’s success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and introducing clients to our team of experts to help them achieve their financial goals.
Job Responsibilities- Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
- Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients on how to use technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
- Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service.
- Ability to build trusted relationships by demonstrating genuine care and concern.
- Ability to engage clients with clear and polite communication, anticipating their needs.
- Ability to resolve client issues quickly and accurately with high attention to detail.
- Ability to elevate the client experience by working collaboratively with the team.
- Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
- Client service experience or comparable experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
- Cash handling experience.
